• Preparation of periodic payroll lists – calculation of wages and salaries for the various types of employment: full employment-, civil law- and management contracts;
  • Calculation of statutory (national insurance and social security contributions, personal income tax) as well as non-statutory deductions, preparing of computer generated payslips;
  • Preparation of income statements and insurance declaration forms on behalf of an employer, i.e. reports for National Insurance – Social Security Fund (ZUS), Central Statistical Office (GUS) and tax revenue office (US);
  • Full personnel administration, maintaining employee files in an electronic form;
  • Registration and deregistration at ZUS, preparation of employment contracts and separation certificates for employees;
  • Review of medical examination expiry dates, Occupational- Health- and Safety- (OHS) trainings, usage of holiday entitlement and other employees’ absence;
  • Preparation of labor reports tailored for Clients’ needs;
  • Operating the ZUS PUE portal.
